Here I agree, all compaines wants their front line call center reps. should listen and bear these things if they hav been abused personaly by customer. koz companies high management say we hire and pay you for that. Radiculous and insulting, these things shud be directly reach to high ups.

becuase my dear at that time mobilink was the onli gsm provider and sucking blood of customer, and for all of your info, after that this guy really sued mobilink and PTA fined 80 Millions to mobilink and they accepted their fault. That was the time when really mobilink making people mad.
