i agree with you, on first listen this band does appear brutally heavy, but its really just an illusion created by pitchshifting the vox and downtuning the guitar.

It sounds like techno being sung by a vomiting bear. I got told to check this band out because they made every other deathgrind/goregrind band look like pussys. I bet the guy who told me that hasn't gotten much farther than the "heaviness" (sarcasm) of Disturbed.
