jeeze people judge too much, pharrell is an artist, so who ever he gives the song too, im sure he knows what hes doing, he obviously thinks her voice is for this song, so until anyone here is an artist and makes music they cant talk because at the end of the day as much as we want someone else to sing this song, or we think the song would sound better sung by pharrell, we cant talk because were not the artist and we cant tell who should sing this song. only the artist can.

i don't necessarily think Pharell would have been better but i agree that a falsetto (sp?) voice maybe male would have been better for this song. I think Pharell is on and off as far as his singing is concerned. if he was on and singing high pitched, it could have been better.
