For the record. My statements about Obesity is intended for people who generally don't care about their bodies & not for people who are over-weight due to genetics so please don't respond with rants. Theres a big difference between being over-weight and grossly obese. Having extra body fat on your body is actually healthy for you and as long as your muscle mass matches the extra weight you carry it is ok. I know many very active and healthy over-weight people. Just because you have genetics that makes you put on the pounds doesn't mean you have to surrender to it. The will of the spirit is stronger than genetics. Its just the ones that surrender to their genetics that I see as a problem. They give up and let their bodies get grossly obese.
